About Christina Gray

Christina Gray launched Bella Luna Studios in 2005 by providing photography services and has since focused her work on real estate. While she primarily works in the real estate field, she dedicates a small portion of each month to take pictures for her non-real estate clients.

Sesson Fees:
$400 for a 30-minute session
$550 for a 60-minute session
Family and headshot sessions include all images with reprint permission.

Christina is a licensed Realtor and has leveraged her expertise as an award-winning photographer by bringing her creative eye into her real estate business. Unique marketing campaigns are part of every listing transaction as she uses compelling imagery as an effective selling tool. She is the show host of Real Food Real Estate, a virtual home tour series where she makes a recipe in a home that’s on the market to help viewers get a real taste of what it’s like to live there. This web show is the launching point of her newest marketing tool, videography and editing, as a way to maximize financial gains for her clients. Christina also uses her portrait photography skills as a gift to her clients to document the milestone of selling or buying. Leaving a home that represents many good memories can be difficult and having a portrait session to remember it by is a gift her clients seem to appreciate.

Christina has earned three National Association of Realtors designations- Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

Her personal touch in everything she does has resonated with clients, as Christina and Bella Luna Studios has been voted Best Photographer by the Readers of the Pleasanton Weekly Newspaper 13 times, most recently in 2021, with two of those years as a Hall of Fame recipient. Service to the community is an important part of Christina’s life. In 2019 she was given two community service awards- the Mayor's Award (given by Mayor Jerry Thorne) and the Juanita Haugen Community of Character Award.
